Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm any booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the service.
Itinerary Changes
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, accidents, road closures, or local events may affect the itinerary and/or timing of services on the day.
Clients will be informed of any changes, and alternative arrangements will be made accordingly.
Motown Travel & Tours is not responsible for any lost or damaged property.
Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before the service: 20% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 14 days before the service: 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 7 days before the service: 100% cancellation fee applies.
In the event that an activity is cancelled by the operator due to circumstances beyond our control, clients will be refunded or offered a replacement activity.
Our Commitment to Your Safety
We outsource our vehicles from only the best industry suppliers, all of which have:
Valid passenger liability insurance.
All relevant permits required by law.
A first aid kit in each vehicle.
All our drivers:
Hold valid Public Driving Permits.
All our tour guides:
Are certified by the National Department of Tourism.
For smaller tour groups, your tour guide may also serve as your driver and will hold both relevant certifications.
Use of Freelance Professionals
Motown Travel & Tours makes use of freelance tour guides and drivers.
This allows us to cater flexibly to each client’s unique needs.
Additional Services
Motown Travel & Tours can assist with the booking of accommodation and dining experiences.
In such cases, we are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective establishments.
